- Fuel related issues are not covered under warranty! Please make sure to use only treated or ethanol free fuel in all outdoor power equipment!
- Transportation is not covered under warranty; pick up and delivery service for warranty repairs will be charged to customer.
- If you are having trouble with equipment within the manufacturer warranty period, please contact us to we can schedule an appointment to assess any warranty issues that may be causing failures.
- Manufacturer authorization IS REQUIRED for all warranty services, please provide a copy of the original receipt so we can make the process as smooth as possible!
- Warranty authorization may take up to an additional 7 to 10 business days
